is not a building.  It is a  group of people committed to working together for the sake of the Gospel!  Agapé has been blessed with many wonderful people willing to freely share their talents, energy and time. 
Here are a few of them:

Jonny Rodgers

Lead Pastor

A 20-year-old Jonny was attending an Agapé worship service when God's Spirit unexpectantly and radically changed his life. Afterward, he invested himself in the work of the church as an apprentice, then associate and now lead pastor. Jonny is married to Becky and together they have 5 children and 1 grandchild.

Brian Andersen

Executive Pastor

Brian came on staff at Agapé in 1995.  He has served as Worship Pastor and elder and currently serves as Executive Pastor.  He enjoys the wife of his youth and their six children and nine grandchildren.  He takes pleasure in mentoring men and couples to excel in their Christian walk.

Louie Casey


Lou retired from the US Navy and a career in banking.  Lou now spends his time preparing taxes pro bono, serves as Agapé's Chief Financial Officer, and exercises hospitality among our elder members. Lou was married to Cherry Casey for fifty-four years until her passing. They have four children, thirteen grandchildren, and one great grandchild.  

John Kennedy


 John is a founding member of Agapé. He is retired from the Georgia Power Company where he workded as a crew supervisor. John is married to Peggy Kennedy. They have one child, one grandchild, and one great grandchild.

Tony Errico

Elder/Pastor to Men

Tony served as an associate pastor in Orlando before taking an engineering position at Kings Bay Sub Base. He and his wife Jessica have two children and three grandchildren whom they love dearly, and don't get to see nearly enough!   

Matt Hooks

Elder/Worship Leader

Matt has been serving in church ministry for 10 years. He loves to worship with his voice and guitar and lead others into the Lord's presence.  A small business owner, Matt is an artist and craftsman whose desire is to express the love of Christ in everything he creates.  He and wife, Bethany, have 3 active young children.

Avera Greene Jr.


Avera manages a busy, locally based construction company overseeing projects all over the Southeast. Diligent and steadfast, the Greene’s have been a serving and encouraging part of Agapé since the beginning. Avera is married to Lori and they have three adult children.

Bill Stash


Bill is a U.S. Navy veteran who has gone on to a successful career in finance.  Bill is married to Julie and together they teach Financial Peace University and serve on our F.I.T. team. They have three children and six grandchildren.

Didi Perez

Pastor to Women

Originally from Puerto Rico, Didi came to Georgia 11 years ago. As a widow, she has a heart for women that are hurting, and a passion for helping women find their strength, purpose and calling in the Lord! 

Dayler Dixon

Student  Ministry

Dayler has been attending Agapé his whole life - in fact, his father and grandparents were founding members.  Dayler has been volunteering in Student Ministry for three years, and was mentored by Pastor Jonny for a year before stepping in as leader.

Elissa Andersen

Children's Ministry Director

Elissa has been attending Agapé since infancy, and started volunteering at a young age.  Elissa's goal is to teach the children of Agapé how to grow as Christ did, "...In wisdom and stature and favor with God and man." Luke 2:52

David Yarbrough

Usher/ Safety Ministry

David has a passion for the safety of the church and congregation and strongly believes that God has called him to be the "watchman on the wall."  (Isaiah 62:6)  David leads a team whose focus is on protecting and welcoming all who enter. (1 Corinthioans 16:13-14)
